It's been a long time since I posted, yet again. Blame it on the horrendous year 4 workload. For now I have 2 major events to post =D Firstly... VDAY + CNY!

I signed up during the hols cos it seems cool, but realised that it's more than that. Hmm, made many new friends and learned alot of stuff. Never regretted. And now i miss all of them already. Group 1-1 ROCKS okay. How I hope if we volunteer for other events, we'll still be in the same group. But ohwells it's kinda impossible. OK yes, we shall have an outing soon =D

Okay, I'm finally here to update, after yet another long break.
I... AM... SIXTEEN...! What a great realization.
I am no longer a little girl... And I can no long be a little girl. I must bear that in mind. I'm sixteen and grown up and legal and should be more mature.
I have to admit, year 4 in nus high is just pure horror. Piles and piles of homework, so much that I just don't feel like doing anything. Not even the simplest ones or the subjects I love. I just stare at the pile and hope that everything will be finished the next morning, which obviously does not happen. This is just not like me. I used to finish my homework either on the day or the day after. Maybe it's because I end at like, 6pm everyday?! And apparently I cannot understand thermodynamics and some parts of math. What the hell happened to me man? AMANDA TANG, TIME TO WAKE UP AND BUCK UP! Andd due to some carelessness I lost a whole 12marks in my optics assignment 1. Stupid me. Almost cried. Okay wait. I did cry. Never mind, no one saw anyway.
Anyways, time to blog about my sweeeeet sixteeeeeeen!

SEMAKAU TRIP-30th Jan
the corals are so mesmerizing as usual

It's been months since i last went to semakau and i realised that i still love it: love the view, love the marine life as much as before. Despite the long journey there, despite the mosquito bites, despite the dirty booties etc... The island just gives me a feeling of a carefree life, a break from the fast-paced and pressurizing urban life, and it reminds me of Christmas Island, the sanctuary where my heart yearns to return to. I remember that when I was there, I told myself that one day, I will revisit the place, I will go to the sea cliffs where the brown boobies nest, I will go to the Dale's waterfall and enjoy the springwater beating onto my back, I will go to Margaret's Knoll and open my arms wide to enjoy the breeze... Yes, one day, I will find a place where my soul resides, and will live happily ever after...
I changed my age from 15 to 16 on my blog...
I changed my class from 305 to 405 on my blog...
I updated my wishlist...
But, so what? I am still me, and nothing that I changed changed me.
